Joyous

Kenny and Jamie were walking around Music Live 2009 when they heard a band in a van, they were called Joyous and we got them to swap that van for our big yellow trailer!
Joyous are from Wolverhampton and Birmingham. They say they're "...bringing in their sound of art rock rhythms, new wave pop dynamics and a cacophonous tendency." I had to look up the word cacophonous..it means harsh distorted sounds.
Theses guys are fantastic live. Their new song "Glue" is completely brilliant so you should definitely check them out

Advantage

Brass Rockers Advantage visited the KICFM studios during our Children In Need extravaganza and recorded a couple of amazing Trailer Tracks. We got an exclusive performance of "Wait, is This Love?" and "The Fear".
People might fall into the trap of labelling these guys as just another ska band but they truly have an unrivalled sound. Driven by a Mega-Horn and Super-Bone (..that's flugelhorn and a trombone to the rest of us) they craft some of the most energetic and awesome songs you're going to hear.
