Celebrating 10 Years of KIC

WELCOME TO KIC FM!

Based at the Compton Road Campus of Wolverhampton University, we are a youth media organisation offering experiences, skills and training in Radio and Digital Media. Along with our Live Internet Service, we offer total radio on demand with Podcasting and user generated content.

Any young person between 16 and 25 can get involved in Kic FM and absolutely no previous experience is necessary.

Training in all aspects of radio, in both on AND off-air positions, is provided by our experienced staff, so whether you want to be a presenter or producer, reporter or researcher, or even if you just want to help out behind the scenes, there's something for everyone at Kic FM

Unlike so called work experience at other radio stations, at Kic, you are able to be trained up to use our industry standard equipment, make running orders, and produce some really cool audio that you can show your family and friends. You also get a very nice V50 certificate once you have completed 50 hours of volunteering with us, and it can also go on your CV!

Get involved with KicFM now - call us on 01902 420 296 or email studio@kicfm.com
